Through the process of spiritual counseling and ‘practice’ with experiential tools, clients leave being able to immediately use these in their daily life at home, work and play..
We make hundreds of choices in the course of an average day, and every choice, no matter how minor, can be an expression of the richness of who we really are, and who we are meant to be. Spiritual health requires balance between activity and introspection. Healing tools may include meditation, imagery, breathing, journaling, prayer, study, reflection and other supportive activities. To be open and receptive to the healing stream of life through mental clarity, releasing error thoughts, can we claim the Truth - that our natural state of being is health and wholeness, and we are supposed to have fun along the journey.
